How to change Region?
You can change yourself via Touchscreen
Display - Scroll donw below and you will see "Region Format" and select your region from list.
Configuartion/Reprogrammed
Vehicle needs to be reprogrammed or change vehicle configuartion via Toolbox. In order to work properly the way it should. It should be really work. You may able to change vehicle configuartion via Toolbox. You just need to Toolbox subscription. We will be happy to help/guide you how to do/change.
LTE Modem
LTE frequencies in your region may be different compared to from where you imported car.
LTE frequencies in America and Europe are different.
LTE Modem is inside MCU. It is separte and can be replaced.
LTE Modem need to be replaced with new Modem according to your region.
Change Modem according to your region for Example: European.
LTE Modem design can be vary depend on Model, Year.

Telit
There is not a lot difference between MCU 2.5 and 3. It works.
MCU 2.5
Its easy to remove Modem. There is bolt. Modem can be easily removed.
MCU 3
It may take more time. Need to open cover.
Where is it located?
It is separate board inside MCU. Modem is installed in MCU.

SIM Card
Some models has eSIM and for some models it has an extra SIM Card Slot. It can be eailsy replaced and activate extra SIM Card. It vary depend on Model, Year, MCU etc. We will explain here.
SIM Card need remove and replace with local SIM Card.

How to change configuartion
After replacing SIM Card. You need to change configuartion. It can be done via Toolbox or Service Mode Plus.
How to disable default SIM Card and activate local SIM Card
Service Mode Plus: Infotainment ➜ Connectivity ➜ Toggle SIM
Search for "Toggle SIM Card"
PROC_ICE_X_ENABLE-DISABLE-SIM-CARD
Uncheck Enable_Onboard_Sim to disable the on-board SIM card

Charginng systems are different in different regions. There are different charging plugs in different regions.
Charging Plus in USA and Europe are different. It need to replace.
Lights
Lights need to replace and reprogram, reconfiguration.
In Europe, different country has different lights legal requirments. For Example: When you import car from UK to Italy. Some lights need to change as per local rules. Portugal has also different rules.
